Emergency Department

  • Admission Rate: 23% 
  • Patients/Hour: 2.0
  • Capacity: 
    • ED Beds: 65
    • CDU Beds: 14 
  • Shift Coverage: 
    • APP:
      • Main ED and Fast Track rotations
      • 10-hour shifts with overlapping coverage
      • 50 – 60 hours of coverage daily
  • Documentation:  
    • EPIC EMR
    • Scribe Services Available

Required Qualifications

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department practice experience as a board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, post-graduation.
  • Practice experience in a similar environment or fast-paced setting.
  • Willing to work varied shift rotation and overnight shifts.
  • Texas Medical License and DEA certification.
  • Clean Background.
  • Clean Malpractice History.
