IES is excited to announce our first Advanced Practice Provider Intensive Emergency Medicine Symposium!

This conference is a comprehensive, rapid-fire, two-day course that will educate Advanced Practice Providers on the most up-to-date clinical information and best practices. This course will enhance the knowledge of Advanced Practice Providers by providing them skills and expertise in the management of all patients presenting to emergency departments, urgent care, and clinical decision units.

There will be a small fee for this course of $150.00 which can be deducted from your BERA account or payroll.

Please register soon because this conference will only accommodate 50 seats. Once those seats are full, we will begin a waiting list.

Available Credit Hours

Applications for Continued Medical Education (CME) are pending approval for 16.0 AMA credit hours with the American College of Emergency Medicine Physicians.

Learning Objectives

  • Identify patients with emergent conditions common to the Emergency Department, Urgent Care Center and Observation Unit.
  • Perform and implement best practices for treatment of those conditions.
  • Recognize the pathology behind common medical conditions in patients who present to the Emergency Department, Urgent Care Center and Observation Unit.

Conference Fee:
Registration fee is $150.00 for the two-day conference. Attendees will have two payment options available to select from at the time of registration; BERA account or a payroll deduction.

Parking Instructions:
Park in the Heritage Square One visitor parking lot or upper level tenet parking above the parking garage. Avoid the two-hour visitor parking spots, as building management does enforce towing.

Arrival & Ceck-In:
Enter Heritage Square One building from either entry point, then take the elevator to the 9th floor. Proceed to the registration desk at the main entrance of the IES office, to check-in and pick up your attendee packet.
