Hiring full time, part time or prn physicians to join the team in the Emergency Department at OakBend Medical Center on Williams Way in Richmond, Texas.

OakBend Medical Center is an independent health system in Fort Bend County, just southwest of Houston. OakBend has two locations in Richmond and one in Wharton. These hospitals provide care for all ages and pride themselves on offering a no-wait ER.

Emergency Department:

  • 11,300 patients per year
  • 31 patients per day
  • Patients/HR: 1.8
  • ED Beds: 8
  • Single Doc Coverage
  • Physician Shift: 7A -7P; 7P-7A

Hospital:

  • Beds: 57
  • XRAY, CT, US, POCUS
  • EMR: Paragon (formerly known as AllScripts)
  • BC/BE Emergency Medicine trained physician
  • BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician with one year of post-grad hospital ER experience
  • Texas medical license (or ability to obtain)
  • DEA
  • ACLS, ATLS, PALS
