St. Luke's Health-Memorial Lufkin is home to East Texas' largest emergency department, which has 32 private patient rooms, a dedicated imaging and laboratory department and a highly qualified staff of emergency physicians, nurse practitioners and registered trauma nurses.

Emergency Department:

  • 30,702 annual patient visits
  • Fast Track and Main ED
  • Paragon (AllScripts) EMR
  • Flexible scheduling
  • 32-bed ED

  • Level IV Trauma Center
  • Certified Stroke Care
  • Heart Care Center
  • ACEP National Distinction of Excellence


  • Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Candidate must have a minimum of 1-year of Emergency Department experience, post-graduation to be considered.
  • Active Texas license, DEA, PALS and BLS
