As chief operating officer, Clare Graca brings a successful record of operations, change management and revenue enhancement to IES. Most recently, Graca served as managing director of development for Harvard Business School, where she was responsible for both frontline fundraising and operational support during the school’s record-breaking, billion-dollar campaign. Recognized as an industry leader by the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy, Graca spent eight years at the Baylor Health Care System Foundation, serving in multiple roles from operations to development. During her tenure, she managed campaigns of varying types and sizes, including a $250 million comprehensive campaign – the first of its kind in Baylor’s 110-year history. Graca also held executive positions with J.A. Majors, Omni Hotels and Bank of America. A certified treasury professional, she has served on the boards of the Dallas Lighthouse for the Blind, Dallas Services and Dallas Day School. A graduate of the Dallas Regional Chamber’s Leadership Dallas program, Clare also has been a mentor for the Young Professionals program.
