Dahlia Hassani, MD, MBA, FACEP

Dr. Dahlia Hassani serves as the President of BEST, overseeing all operations for Baylor Scott & White locations within IES. Her responsibilities include oversight of contract management, human resources, recruiting, credentialing, finance, payroll, compliance, and revenue cycle management. She previously was the (or we can use “held the position of”) Executive Vice President for IES with responsibilities over service lines and locations within BEST.

Dr. Hassani is currently an Academic Liaison and an Assistant Professor at the TCU and UNTHSC School of Medicine. She has served in several leadership roles, including Chief Medical Officer and Emergency Department Medical Director at Baylor Scott & White All Saints Medical Center – Fort Worth as well as Director of Postgraduate Education at the Emory University Department of Emergency Medicine.

Dr. Hassani is board-certified in Emergency Medicine, completing her Emergency Medicine residency at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia. She received her Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Chicago, Illinois, and her undergraduate degree from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois.
