Integrative Emergency Services, LLC (IES) was formed to manage all non-clinical functions of emergency physician group hospital contracts.
Together with Relevant Healthcare, our data analytics platform, we promote practice intelligence through quality program reporting, operational initiatives, and education. We develop, implement, and disseminate best practices and processes that improve quality and access for patients and the populations we serve.
Our goal is to help physician groups maintain their culture and strengthen relationships with the hospitals and communities they serve through partnerships and incentive alignment.
Emergency Medicine goes far beyond episodic trauma care. IES is dedicated to reshaping emergency medicine by creating greater value for individual patients as well as addressing population health issues. Through Emergency Medicine we assist ER’s in identifying chronic diseases and developing care plans that mitigate morbidity and enhance the quality of life for patients and their families.
Leveraging a TQM approach, IES is focused on enhancing value by increasing healthcare quality and access, while decreasing costs.
Our operational approach blends the staffing of Emergency Departments, Urgent Cares, and Clinical Decision Units in an integrated fashion to deliver the right care at the right time. Through our clinically-based process ReMEDI (Resource Matching Emergency Department Integration) we align patients with the most appropriate level of care and provide organizations with the right processes and infrastructure to transition patients to non-inpatient care venues and clinic-based care delivery models. Through efficient staffing, resource utilization and clinical protocols we work to prevent unnecessary care as well as right size care and associated costs for patients, hospitals, and payors.
We help create a practice environment that aligns incentives and enables providers to work at the top of their skill set in a collaborative environment using data analytics and operational insights.
